1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Konsultpuls ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Konsultpuls. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
2. AI Assignment Radar
Konsultpuls provides an advanced "AI Assignment Radar" technology. This service scans thousands of global and local databases to match consultants with the most relevant project opportunities.
While our algorithms strive for the highest precision, the "Radar" is an assistance tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party job descriptions or the availability of the roles identified. Final engagement remains a matter between the user and the hiring entity.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Promptly update account information to keep it accurate.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months of service. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Konsultpuls and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Konsultpuls.
The algorithms and underlying "Radar" code are proprietary trade secrets. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform data for competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Konsultpuls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our service is designed to support assignment discovery and pitch preparation, but final commercial outcomes depend on third-party clients, market conditions, and user decisions that remain outside our control.
